Job summary

Michael Page International Italia S.r.l. in Turin is seeking an experienced General Ledger Accountant to act as the accounting reference point for the Italian entity within a European finance framework.

You will lead the Italian GL, manage month- and year-end closings, ensure statutory reporting accuracy, and collaborate with SAP-driven processes and international stakeholders across Europe.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in General Ledger Accounting.
• Solid knowledge of Italian accounting principles, VAT, and statutory reporting.
• Experience managing month-end and year-end closing activities independently.
• Knowledge of SAP or other major ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent Italian and English.
• Comfortable working in an international environment and interacting with stakeholders across Europe.
• Flexible, enthusiastic and willingness to grow and learn.
