Giorgio Armani is seeking a Showroom Backoffice Specialist to join its team in Italy. The role focuses on the smooth management of showroom day-to-day operations, including coordinating appointments, orders and sample collections, and maintaining data accuracy across customer and product master data and price lists.

The candidate will provide operational support in document preparation and reporting, and will coordinate sales staff to ensure efficient showroom activity.

Competenze

• At least 2–3 years of relevant backoffice experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Languages or Humanities.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a team.
