Giorgio Armani S.p.A. is seeking a Showroom Backoffice Associate to join the backoffice team, contributing to the smooth day-to-day management of the showroom’s operations.

The role supports customer appointments, orders and sample collections, updates master data, prepares documents and reports, and coordinates the sales staff to ensure a seamless client experience. The position requires 2–3 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree in Languages or Humanities, fluent English, and strong

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Context and purpose of the job

The candidate will join the Giorgio Armani Showroom Backoffice team, contributing to the smooth and efficient management of the showroom’s day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities

Profile

• At least 2–3 years of previous experience in a similar role, preferably gained within structured organizations
• Bachelor’s degree in Languages or Humanities
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of a second foreign language is considered a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong problem-solving attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

The base salary range for this position is 26.000 - 30.000 euros, CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.
