Giorgio Armani in Milan is seeking a professional to join the Showroom Backoffice team, supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow.

You will manage appointments, orders and sample collections, maintain master data, price lists, and product information, and assist with reporting and coordination of the sales staff.

Competenze

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Languages or Humanities
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a team mindset

Context and purpose of the job

The candidate will join the Giorgio Armani Showroom Backoffice team, contributing to the smooth and efficient management of the showroom’s day-to-day activities.

Descrizione profilo

Profile

• At least 2–3 years of previous experience in a similar role, preferably gained within structured organizations
• Bachelor’s degree in Languages or Humanities
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of a second foreign language is considered a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong problem-solving attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

The base salary range for this position is 26.000 - 30.000 euros, CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.
