Giorgio Armani is seeking a Showroom Backoffice Specialist to join its team in Italy. The role focuses on the smooth management of showroom day-to-day operations, including coordinating appointments, orders and sample collections, and maintaining data accuracy across customer and product master data and price lists.

The candidate will provide operational support in document preparation and reporting, and will coordinate sales staff to ensure efficient showroom activity.

Competenze

• At least 2–3 years of relevant backoffice experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Languages or Humanities.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a team.

The candidate will join the Giorgio Armani Showroom Backoffice team, contributing to the smooth and efficient management of the showroom’s day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities

• Managing back-office activities and supporting the organization of the office’s day-to-day operations
• Supporting the management of customer appointments, orders and sample collections
• Monitoring and updating systems, including customer master data, product master data, price lists and product information
• Providing operational support in the preparation of documents and reports
• Coordinating the sales staff

Profile

• At least 2-3 years of previous experience in a similar role, preferably gained within structured organizations
• Bachelor’s degree in Languages or Humanities
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of a second foreign language is considered a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong problem-solving attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

The base salary range for this position is 26.000 - 30.000 euros, CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.
