Giorgio Armani cerca un Client Advisor per l’Emporio Armani Oriocenter, in orario part-time o full-time nel contesto del luxury fashion. Offerta centrata sull’eccellenza dell’esperienza cliente e sulla gestione del punto vendita, con attenzione al merchandising e alla relazione con i clienti.

La posizione richiede esperienza pregressa, diploma o laurea, e conoscenza fluente di italiano e inglese; si privilegiano abilità comunicative e di networking con la clientela del marchio.

Competenze

• Uno o due anni di esperienza nella stessa mansione, preferibilmente nel settore fashion & luxury.
• Diploma di istruzione superiore e/o laurea.
• Conoscenza fluente di italiano e inglese.
• Ottime capacità di comunicazione e relazionali.

• Garantire un’esperienza cliente eccezionale.
• Costruire la loyalty della clientela, coinvolgendo potenziali, nuovi o esistenti.

Context and purpose of the job

Within the Emporio Armani store in Orio Al Serio (OrioCenter), you will join the team as Client Advisor. In particular, you will reflect the brand philosophy and be characterised by professionalism, attention to detail and technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellence by offering an outstanding Client Experience
• Build client loyalty, engaging potential, new or existing clients
• Monitor your own performance, achieving the assigned KPIs
• Provide an impeccable image of the boutique
• Ensure product good maintenance, replenishment on the floor, knowing the warehouse stock of all categories to ensure re-stock shelves and maximize sales

Requirements

• One or two yearsof experience in the same role, possibly within the Fashion & Luxury industry
• Higher education diploma and/or degree
• Fluent knowledge ofItalian and English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Mastery of clienteling activities

The base salary for this position is 25.000 euros
