La Marzocco Srl, a leading manufacturer of high-end equipment for the specialty coffee industry, seeks a Shipping Assistant for Scarperia e San Piero (FI) headquarters. You will join the International Customer Care team and coordinate shipments and documentation.

You will manage international shipments, prepare export documentation, assist customers, and collaborate with warehouse and freight forwarders. Fluent English and a second language are required, plus accuracy and teamwork.

La Marzocco Srl, a leading manufacturer of high-end equipment for the specialty coffee industry, is looking for a Shipping Assistantto join its team at theScarperia e San Piero (FI)headquarters.

We are looking for individuals with strong initiative and proactivity, who are open to change and passionate about digital transformation.

Position

As part of the International Customer Care team and reporting to the Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Managing international shipments; organizing and coordinating shipments to international customers in collaboration with the warehouse and freight forwarders;
• Handling export documentation and invoicing; preparing transportation, export, and customs documentation, issuing invoices, and managing related administrative tasks;
• Supporting international customers; providing information on shipments, documentation, and orders, and coordinating requests with the relevant company departments;
• Assisting with specific operational and general department tasks.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a sales back-office role;
• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English;
• Excellent knowledge of a second language, both written and spoken;
• Good ability to use and learn computer systems; familiarity with Microsoft Office;
• Accuracy and precision;
• Ability to work well in a team and coordinate with different roles within the team;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks;
• Problem-solving skills.

The gross annual salary (RAL) for this position starts at 27.000,00€, and the applicable national collective bargaining agreement (CCNL) is the Piccola media industria Metalmeccanica —CONFAPI. The final offer and pay grade may vary based on objective, gender-neutral criteria, such as the candidate’s skills, seniority, background, and qualifications for the job;
