Fortive seeks a ServiceChannel implementation lead to guide enterprise deployments across facilities, maintenance and vendor networks. You will translate real-world workflows into actionable projects, drive adoption through configuration and training, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery for multi-site environments.

Collaborating with Customer Success, Product, Engineering and global teams, you will mentor junior PMs, manage budgets, and travel up to 40% to client sites.

Competenze

• Experience managing enterprise software implementations (CRM, EAM, FM or similar).
• Strong understanding of service delivery environments and multi-site deployments.
• Proven track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder implementations.

Mansioni

• Lead discovery sessions to map facilities workflows, service models and vendor structures.
• Translate requirements into detailed project plans with scope, budget and timelines.
• Guide configuration, training, testing and go-live with focus on real-world adoption.
• Provide end-to-end client support including configuration recommendations and integration.
• Mentor junior project managers on implementation methodology and best practices.
