Fortive is seeking a hands-on, client-facing Project Manager to guide the deployment of ServiceChannel for enterprise clients. You will align facilities, maintenance, and vendor management needs with scalable platform configurations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate workflows into actionable projects.

You will lead discovery sessions, drive adoption through configuration and training, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery across multi-site networks.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years managing enterprise software implementations.
• Strong understanding of Service Delivery environments.
• Proven experience managing all phases of the enterprise implementation lifecycle.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex, multi‑stakeholder implementations.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with independent issue resolution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and budgets.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Mansioni

• Guide discovery sessions to map facilities workflows, service models, and vendor structures.
• Translate requirements into detailed project plans with scope, budget, and timelines.
• Guide configuration, training, testing, and go-live with focus on real-world adoption.
• Provide end-to-end client support including configuration recommendations and integration.
• Mentor junior project managers on implementation methodology and facilities best practices.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and global teams.
