Fortive is seeking an experienced Project Lead to guide ServiceChannel deployments for multi-site enterprise clients across facilities, maintenance, and vendor networks. You will translate real-world workflows into actionable plans and drive adoption through hands-on configuration, training, and go-live support.

In this hands-on, client-facing role, collaborate with diverse stakeholders to scale implementations and deliver high-quality results. Travel up to 40% may be required.

In this role you guide the deployment of ServiceChannel for enterprise clients, aligning facilities, maintenance, and vendor management needs with scalable platform configurations. You collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate real-world workflows into actionable projects, drive adoption through configuration and training, and ensure high‑quality, on‑time delivery. You’ll work closely with facilities, operations, and procurement stakeholders to shape implementations that scale across multi‑site sites and vendor networks. This is a hands‑on, client‑facing role in a dynamic, growth‑oriented environment.

• Serve as a domain expert on ServiceChannel for facilities management and multi-site service delivery
• Lead discovery sessions to map facilities workflows, service models, and vendor structures
• Translate requirements into detailed project plans with scope, budget, and timelines
• Guide configuration, training, testing, and go-live with focus on real-world adoption
• Communicate technical and functional concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Foster cross‑functional collaboration with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and global teams
• Provide end-to-end client support including configuration recommendations and integration
• Troubleshoot complex functional/technical issues in facilities workflows and vendor management
• Manage customer and internal resources to meet milestones and ensure quality delivery
• Mentor junior project managers on implementation methodology and facilities best practices
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• 2+ years managing enterprise software implementations (CRM, EAM, FM, or similar)
• Strong understanding of Service Delivery environments
• Proven experience managing all phases of the enterprise implementation lifecycle
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex, multi‑stakeholder implementations
• Strong problem‑solving skills with independent issue resolution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and budgets
• Ability to mentor and support other project managers
• Willingness to travel up to 40%
