Fortive seeks an Implementation Project Manager to guide ServiceChannel deployments for enterprise clients in Italy, coordinating facilities, maintenance, and vendor management workflows. You will translate real-world needs into structured projects, drive adoption through configuration and training, and ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery across multi-site networks.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
2+ years managing enterprise software implementations (CRM, EAM, FM, or similar).
Strong understanding of Service Delivery environments.
Proven experience delivering complex, multi‑stakeholder implementations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

Lead discovery sessions to map facilities workflows, service models, and vendor structures.
Translate requirements into detailed project plans with scope, budget, and timelines.
Guide configuration, training, testing, and go-live with focus on real-world adoption.
Provide end-to-end client support including configuration recommendations and integration.
Mentor junior project managers on implementation methodology and facilities best practices.
Willingness to travel up to 40%.
