The bk Group is seeking Service Technicians to join our team in Italy. In this role you will regularly visit our clients' retail stores to carry out repair and maintenance work and ensure smooth daily operations across Milan and wider Northern Italy.

You will work with a friendly, practical team, hold a completed trade apprenticeship, and communicate in English or German. The position offers a permanent contract, 26 days holiday and opportunities across Europe.

Formación

• Must have completed trade apprenticeship.
• Positive attitude and enjoyment of day-to-day practical work.
• Friendly, helpful manner.
• Strong practical skills across multiple areas.
• Ability to work independently.
• Category B driving licence.
• Good communication in English or German (preferable) for internal communication and digital documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Maintenance and repairs: Performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks.
• Fault diagnosis: Independently identifying and resolving issues (lighting, sanitary facilities, furniture/fittings).
• Routine servicing: Carrying out regular checks to ensure store functionality.
• Minor painting: Completing small painting and touch-up work in sales areas or changing rooms.
• Customer support: Acting as the on-site contact person for our clients.
• Digital documentation: Recording all work performed using our digital systems.
