Job summary

bk Group is seeking Service Technicians to join our team in Italy. You will regularly visit client retail stores in Milan and surrounding regions to perform repair and maintenance work, ensuring smooth daily operations and minimal downtime.

The role requires a completed trade apprenticeship, a valid Category B driving licence, and strong practical skills. English or German communication is preferred for internal documentation and coordination.

Qualifications

• Our requirements include a completed trade apprenticeship.

• Strong practical skills across multiple areas.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks on-site.
• Category B driving licence (formerly Category 3).

Responsibilities

• Maintenance & repairs: perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks.
• Fault diagnosis: identify and resolve issues, including lighting, sanitation, and fixtures.
• Routine servicing: carry out regular checks to ensure store functionality.
• Minor painting: complete small painting and touch-up work in sales areas or changing rooms.
• Customer support: act as the on-site contact person for clients.
• Digital documentation: record all work performed using digital systems.
