Job summary

Kanadevia Inova is seeking an experienced Industrial HSE leader to audit operations, inspect plants, and enforce high design standards across global Renewable Gas and waste-to-X installations. The role focuses on applying HAZID/HAZOP/ATEX risk assessments, improving asset reliability, and driving cross-site training to strengthen safety culture and compliance across sites.

Qualifications

• Requires 8+ years of industrial HSE experience to act as an independent authority auditing global Renewable Gas or waste-to-X plants.
• Interpretation and implementation of actions from HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, ATEX, and DSEAR regulations and risk assessments.
• Evaluates multidisciplinary engineering designs using 3D models, P&IDs, and layout assessments to ensure inherent safety.
• Manages start-up risks, improves asset reliability, leads major incident investigations, and tracks corporate assurance programs.
• Fluent English language, Italian is a plus

Compensation

• Basic wage component (gross): 53000 euros per year
• This amount is our minimal offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience and qualifications.
