Kanadevia Inova, a global leader in waste infrastructure, invites you to join as HSE Coordinator. You will monitor training and competency, coordinate health activities, PPE management, and maintain HSE records across offices, service and site operations.

Requirements: ASPP qualification (or willingness to obtain it), knowledge of Italian HSE legislation (D.Lgs. 81/08), and fluency in Italian and English. We offer attractive conditions, an international team, and modern facilities.

Mansioni

• Monitor HSE training and competency requirements, identify gaps, coordinate training activities and ensure qualifications remain valid and up to date.
• Coordinate occupational health activities, including medical appointments, fitness-to-work records, and compliance monitoring for employees across office, service and site operations.
• Coordinate PPE and workwear management, including procurement, distribution, inventory tracking and record keeping for employees and site personnel.
• Maintain and organize HSE databases, qualification platforms and document management systems, ensuring accurate records, timely submissions and efficient access to information.
• Support the development of relevant HSE deliverables (e.g. POS, DVR, DUVRI, PSC, work instructions, operational instructions and forms).

Job Description

Compensation

• Basic wage component (gross): 41000 euros per year
• This amount is our minimal offered salary.Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience and qualifications.
