Job summary

Atlas Copco in Montecchio Maggiore, Vicenza, Italy, is seeking a Service Specialist to support Customer Centers and drive serviceability improvements. The role combines field presence with collaboration across engineering and product teams to enhance product quality and reliability.

You will travel up to 30 days per year, provide training, and help develop service documentation while contributing to the highest level of customer service within a multinational organization.

Qualifications

• Engineering background is mandatory.
• Knowledge of compressors, dryers and air ancillaries is necessary.
• Good knowledge of English; another language is a plus.
• Software skills (MS Office, BPCS) would be an asset.
• Pro-active, customer oriented with strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Offer day by day timely service support to the Customer Centers.
• Improve product quality by proactive warranty report follow-up and participate in quality meetings.
• Inform customer centers about product improvements via service bulletins and the website.
• Contribute to product development to ensure serviceability and low lifecycle cost.
• Develop service documentation, kits and tools; provide technical training with the development group.
