The role emphasizes improving product reliability, providing service information, and contributing to product development for higher serviceability.

You will travel up to 30 days per year to meet customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifikationen

• Engineering degree required.
• Technical knowledge on compressors, dryers and compressed air ancillaries is necessary.

• Offer day-by-day timely service support to the Customer Centers.
• Improve product quality by proactive failure reporting and follow-up; participate in TCMs and PQMs.
• Inform Customer Centers via Service bulletins and Service Website about product improvements.
• Contribute to product development to ensure high serviceability and low lifecycle cost by participating in PTMs.
• Develop service documentation, service kits and tools to improve serviceability.
• Provide and develop technical training in collaboration with the Competence Development group.

Your role

Bring your curiosity to work as our next Service Specialist. You will be part of our the Aftersales team reporting to the Technical Support Team Leader. In this role, your mission is to enhance the reputation of our products: quality, reliability and serviceability. You will contribute directly to how we create high‑quality products and solutions for our customers.

Your day-to-day

This Will Include The Following Responsibilities

• Offering day by day timely service support to the Customer Centers
• Continuously improve the product quality by a proactive failure reporting follow up. This includes analyzing warranty reports, be the driving force in the technical committee meetings (TCM) and participating in the product quality meetings (PQM)
• Inform the customer centers via Service bulletins and the Service Website about products improvements and actions to be taken.
• Play an active role in product development to assure the highest level of serviceability and lowest lifecycle cost by giving a strong involvement in the project team meetings (PTM)
• Provide accurate and up to date service information related to the product range. Develop documentation, service kits and tools for improving serviceability
• Provide and develop technical training in collaboration with the Competence Development group

Interaction will include frequent contacts with the Customer Centers, other Product Companies, Finance, Purchasing, Engineering, Production and Product Managers.

As our products are sold all over the world, you will be prepared to travel to meet customers – at least 30 days per year.

Experience Requirements

Engineering background is mandatory. We will evaluate both entry-level and experienced candidates.

Knowledge / Educational Requirements

• Engineering degree

• You are capable to work in a multidisciplinary team in order to provide the highest level of customer service.
• Short trips abroad are not a problem for you.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our Plant in Montecchio Maggior, Vicenza (Italy).
