Job summary

Bystronic Group is seeking a remote support specialist to assist 1st level service teams and customers, ensuring machines stay operational worldwide. The role involves diagnosing issues, guiding teams through troubleshooting, and documenting cases in CRM while coordinating with R&D, Quality and Production.

The ideal candidate has a technical background in mechanical, electrical or software engineering, hands-on machinery experience, and proficiency in CRM, Jira, and Microsoft 365, with English

Qualifications

• A technical qualification or experience in mechanical, electrical or software engineering is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with machinery, ideally in service, is preferred.
• Basic task management and PC skills (CRM, Microsoft 365, Jira).

Responsibilities
