Job summary

Qualifications

• A technical qualification or experience in mechanical, electrical or software engineering is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with machinery, ideally in service, is preferred.
• Basic task management and PC skills (CRM, Microsoft 365, Jira).

Responsibilities

• Provide remote support to 1st level service teams and customers to keep machines running.
• Identify machine problems and their causes.
• Guide 1st level teams through troubleshooting.
• Share feedback with R&D, Quality and Production.
• Document service cases and solutions in CRM.
