Endian, Srl is seeking a Service Engineer to handle technical support, maintain Endian solutions for customers and partners, and ensure optimal system performance. The role is essential for enhancing service continuity and partner satisfaction. Candidates should have strong skills in Linux systems, networking, and cybersecurity, complemented by excellent communication abilities in English and Italian. Competenze

• Experience in implementing and maintaining technical solutions.
• Ability to diagnose technical issues and improve systems.
• Proficient in both English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Install and configure Endian products.
• Ensure system uptime and proactive monitoring.
• Collaborate with internal teams for quality service.

Conoscenze

Linux system administration

Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, VLANs, VPNs)

Cybersecurity concepts (firewalls, ZTNA, IDS/IPS)

Virtualization and container technologies (VMware, Proxmox, Docker)

Monitoring and troubleshooting tools (Zabbix, PRTG, Nagios)

Basic scripting and automation skills (Bash, Python, Ansible)

IT service management tools (Jira, Confluence)

ITIL best practices and ISO 27001 principles

Excellent communication skills

Fluent in English and Italian
