Qualifications

• Laurea in Service Design, Design dell'Interazione o discipline affini.
• Conoscenza di fondamenti di service design e metodi centrati sull'utente.
• Interesse per ricerca utente, innovazione e experience design.
• Capacità di analizzare informazioni e sintetizzare concetti complessi.
• Buona comunicazione visiva e presentazione.

Responsibilities

• Supportare attività di ricerca e service design all'interno di progetti di innovazione.
• Analizzare bisogni, comportamenti ed esperienze utente con ricerca qualitativa e quantitativa.
• Contribuire a mappe di viaggio, blueprint di servizio, personas e mappe delle esperienze.
• Partecipare a workshop, sessioni di brainstorming e attività collaborative di design.
• Co-sviluppare concetti di servizio e soluzioni innovative.

Posizione

To strengthen our Research & Innovation activities, we are looking for a Service Design Intern interested in contributing to projects involving service innovation, user-centered design, and the development of new solutions.

The selected candidate will support research, analysis, and design activities aimed at understanding user needs, exploring service opportunities, and improving experiences, processes, and interactions.

The internship offers the opportunity to apply service design methodologies within multidisciplinary projects, collaborating with designers, researchers, engineers, and innovation specialists.

We are looking for a curious, creative, and analytical person who enjoys investigating complex problems, connecting different perspectives, and transforming research insights into meaningful design opportunities.

Main Activities

• Support research and service design activities within innovation projects.
• Analyze user needs, behaviors, and experiences through qualitative and quantitative research.
• Contribute to the definition of user journeys, service blueprints, personas, and experience maps.
• Support the identification of opportunities for improving services, processes, and user experiences.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, workshops, and collaborative design activities.
• Contribute to the development of service concepts and innovative solutions.
• Organize, synthesize, and visualize research findings and project information.
• Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on research, design, and innovation initiatives.

Requisiti

• Degree in Service Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, Communication Design, or related disciplines.
• Basic knowledge of service design and human-centered design methodologies.
• Interest in user research, innovation, and experience design.
• Ability to analyze information and synthesize complex concepts.
• Good visual communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with design and collaboration tools.
• Curiosity, creativity, and a structured approach to problem‑solving.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
