Job summary

RE:LAB is seeking a Service Design Intern to contribute to projects involving service innovation, user-centered design, and new solution development. You will support research, analysis, and design activities to understand user needs and translate insights into design opportunities.

The role offers exposure to multidisciplinary teams of designers, researchers, engineers, and innovation specialists, with start dates based on candidate availability and a 6-month, full-time on-site arrangement in

Qualifications

• Degree in Service Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, or related disciplines.
• Basic knowledge of service design and human-centered design methodologies.
• Interest in user research, innovation, and experience design.
• Ability to analyze information and synthesize complex concepts.
• Good visual communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with design and collaboration tools.
• Curiosity, creativity, and a structured problem-solving approach.

To strengthen our Research & Innovation activities, we are looking for a Service Design Intern interested in contributing to projects involving service innovation, user-centered design, and the development of new solutions.

The selected candidate will support research, analysis, and design activities aimed at understanding user needs, exploring service opportunities, and improving experiences, processes, and interactions.

The internship offers the opportunity to apply service design methodologies within multidisciplinary projects, collaborating with designers, researchers, engineers, and innovation specialists.
