Job summary

Alpitronic is seeking a Service Operations Coordinator based in Bergamo, Italy. You will coordinate service technicians and external partners, plan service operations with customers, and collaborate with our remote service team and development department.

You will independently organize and follow up on all service assignments, including annual inspections. The role requires a technical background, interest in e-mobility, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Technical education or experience required.
• Interest in e-mobility field.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Independent and structured work approach, high commitment, solution-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in MS-Office.
• Fluency in French & English.
