Alpitronic, a leader in e-mobility solutions, seeks a customs/trade compliance professional to manage AEO certification, monitor international customs compliance, and optimize goods flows. You will coordinate with authorities and internal teams to streamline VAT registrations and Intrastat declarations across multiple countries.

The role requires interpreting complex regulations with precision, collaborating across departments, and fluency in English and Italian (and/or German).

Qualifikationen

• Commercial diploma or a degree in economics, law, or related fields.
• Experience in internationally active companies or customs/trade compliance/VAT roles.
• Ability to interpret complex regulations with high attention to detail.
• Structured, precise, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and cross‑department collaboration.
• Excellent knowledge of English and Italian and/or German.

• Maintaining foreign VAT ledgers and collecting data for periodic VAT filings in various countries
• Preparing and managing Intrastat declarations for goods and services
• Ensuring correct classification of transactions for customs and VAT purposes
• Supporting administrative and logistics teams in issuing and recording VAT-relevant documents
• Monitoring international tax and customs deadlines

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Total compensation starting from €42.000 gross per year, including a 20% variable bonus based on goal achievement
