Workday, Inc. in Italy seeks a seasoned Workday Success Plans consultant to help customers maximize value from their Workday deployments. You will guide configurations, deliver demonstrations, and drive adoption across Go-Live and post-Go-Live stages.

You will act as a trusted advisor, solving complex questions, delivering targeted micro consulting, and sharing best practices. The role emphasizes effective communication, ongoing learning, and collaboration with our customers and teams.

Competenze

• 5+ years of IT implementation experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Workday Financials Reporting (composite reporting, etc.).
• 2+ years of software consulting experience.

Mansioni

• Conducting research to understand customer questions and Workday concepts.
• Delivering small scope consulting with configuration guidance and demonstrations.
• Troubleshooting product configuration to meet customer requirements.
• Communicating responses and value to customers clearly.
• Creating customer presentations on using Workday features to achieve goals.
• Providing one-on-one guidance to optimize feature adoption.
• Reviewing customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities.
• Maintaining Workday certification and knowledge of roadmap.
• Keeping up to date with industry practices and engaging with customers on topics.
