Workday is seeking a seasoned professional to join the Workday Success Plans team in Italy, delivering expert consultative services to customers using the Workday application. You will act as a trusted advisor, provide how-to guidance, troubleshoot configurations, and demonstrate features to enable customer value and adoption.

You will work on varied engagements, sharing insights, crafting tailored guidance, and contributing to program development while partnering with clients across industries

Competenze

• 5+ years of IT implementation experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Workday Financials Reporting.
• 2+ years of software consulting experience.

Mansioni

• Conduct research to understand customer questions and Workday concepts.
• Deliver small-scope consulting with configuration guidance and demonstrations.
• Troubleshoot product configuration to meet customer requirements.
• Communicate responses and value clearly to customers.
• Create and deliver customer presentations on Workday features (Accelerator Webinars).
• Offer tailored one-on-one guidance to guide customers toward success (Optimization Packages).
• Provide one-on-one consulting guidance to accelerate feature adoption (Feature Accelerator).
• Review customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities (Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews).
• Maintain product expertise and Workday Certifications with roadmap knowledge.
• Stay updated on industry practices and engage customers on topics.
• Help drive new programs to boost feature adoption.
