Workday is seeking an outstanding Solution Consultant to represent and sell AI-driven HCM solutions across Italy. You will conduct interactive pre-sales demonstrations, analyze customers' environments, and articulate a vision of the Future of Work.

You will collaborate with Account Executives and Product teams to tailor demos for C-level audiences. You will bring 4+ years in SaaS or AI platforms, deep HCM knowledge, and strong Italian/English communication.

Competenze

• 4+ years in solutions/implementation consulting or equivalent.
• Deep functional knowledge of Human Capital Management.
• Strong understanding of how AI/ML applies to enterprise platforms.
