Job summary

International Bank in Italy seeks a Specialist Corporate Banking to support client coverage and execution of Corporate Lending transactions within a bank with an international presence.

The role requires 3–5 years in Corporate Banking, fluent Italian and strong English, plus German at B2. You will assist onboarding and KYC, draft credit documentation, and contribute to client plans and profitability analyses.

Qualifications

• Completed university degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or a comparable qualification.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Corporate Banking with exposure to credit processes.
• Fluent Italian, strong English, and German (min B2) language skills.
• Strong analytical skills and structured working style.
• Confident communication and negotiation capabilities.
• High client and sales orientation with strong teamwork and risk awareness.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Bankers in identifying client needs and advisory activities.
• Draft documentation for internal credit risk committees.
• Manage client onboarding and KYC processes in line with regulatory standards.
• Execute Corporate Lending transactions and prepare documentation.
• Develop product expertise and support sales approaches with Treasury Products, Debt Capital Markets.
• Support CRM processes and act as central interface for internal stakeholders during credit approvals.
• Contribute to the credit process with a client/sales focus and results-driven mindset.
