BCG Platinion, part of The Boston Consulting Group, seeks an experienced IT consultant to lead strategic IT projects and build close client relationships. You will plan, lead, and assure quality for initiatives, leveraging deep technology knowledge and industry experience to guide stakeholders at critical moments.

The role requires 12+ years in IT consulting, strong leadership of teams, and ability to communicate complex topics in Italian and English.

Competenze

• Degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or related discipline with higher-than-average grades.
• At least twelve years of relevant experience in IT consulting and the lead design and management of IT implementation and strategy projects.
• Relevant experience in Media & Telecommunication.
• Project-related management experience of teams with more than five people.
• Knowledge of how to plan IT initiatives and build solid business cases.
• Able to steer decisions toward the goal and handle escalating situations with solutions.
• Experience successfully acquiring consulting projects.
• Strong Italian and English communication skills.
