BCG Platinion is seeking a seasoned IT strategy and delivery professional in Italy to help lead complex technology initiatives for top clients. You will design and oversee strategic IT projects, manage multi‑disciplinary teams, and present outcomes to senior client executives.

You’ll collaborate across borders with Italian and English communication, develop business cases, and contribute to talent development and practice areas within BCG Platinion.

Competenze

• Degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or a related discipline with higher‑than‑average grades
• At least twelve years of relevant experience in IT consulting and the lead design and management of IT implementation and strategy projects
• Relevant experience in Media & Telecommunication
• Project‑related management experience of teams with more than five people
• Knowledge of how to plan IT initiatives and build solid business cases
• Even in complex organisational structures, effectively steer decisions toward the goal and master escalating situations with an eye to solutions
• To have successfully acquired consulting projects
• Good at understanding and communicating complex topics in both Italian and English

Compensation Information

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, and a market‑leading benefits package described below. The base salary range for this role is EUR 114.000,00 - EUR 122.000,00.

This is an estimated range. Any final offer would be based on objective, role‑related criteria such as your relevant experience, qualifications, and demonstrated skills. Employees may also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
