BCG Platinion in Milano area seeks a senior IT strategy consultant to bridge strategy and technology. You will lead and deliver high-impact IT projects for financial clients, shaping architecture and roadmaps, and work with executive stakeholders to turn ambitious ideas into measurable outcomes.
You bring 12+ years in IT consulting, strong leadership of multi-person teams, and fluency in Italian and English.
Competenze
- Degree in computer science or informatics with high grades.
- At least 12 years of relevant IT consulting experience and lead design/management of IT projects.
- Experience in Financial Institutions and Banking.
- Project-related management experience with teams >5 people.
- Strong communication in Italian and English, spoken and written.
