Job summary

Generali is seeking a Senior Technical Product Owner to own the technical debt backlog across the OneFinance 2026 program. You will shape remediation, define target-state solutions, and drive delivery across ERP, data platforms, and integration layers in a fast-moving, international context.

You will lead a squad, coordinate with external partners, and negotiate priorities with country stakeholders and vendors, ensuring Go-Live stability and ongoing architectural evolution.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in IT with architecture to technical product ownership
• Experience in large transformation programs with multi-country rollouts
• Proven ability to remediate technical debt and stabilize post-go-live

Responsibilities

• Own the technical debt backlog across go-lives and prioritize remediation
• Define target-state solutions and assess downstream impact
• Develop decommissioning roadmaps and business cases with stakeholders
• Translate items into a prioritized backlog with resources and releases
• Lead a squad and coordinate external partners and vendors
• Negotiate scope, timing, and acceptance with country stakeholders
• Support go-live readiness and capture lessons learned
