SC Johnson is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join our EMEA team in Arese, Milan. You will lead full-cycle recruitment, partner with hiring managers, build talent networks, and contribute to employer branding and diversity initiatives.

This onsite role includes weekly remote flexibility and travel within the region. You will drive recruiting strategies, mentor hiring teams, coordinate with Talent Acquisition Coordinators, and ensure a high-quality candidate and

Competenze

• 5+ years of progressive recruitment experience within an in-house Talent Acquisition team and/or recruitment/search firm.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment, including direct sourcing, candidate assessment and selection.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and managing multiple recruitment processes and stakeholder relationships.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across the region, from sourcing to offer.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies via direct sourcing, referrals, and networks.
• Build and maintain talent networks for current and future opportunities.
• Partner with universities in Milan area and SCJ business managers on campus recruitment.
• Advise managers and facilitate post-interview discussions for timely hiring decisions.
