Baker Hughes is seeking a Senior Engineer for Product Development & New Technology to lead subsea technology initiatives, develop innovative engineering solutions, and drive cross-functional collaboration globally.

The role focuses on turning designs into manufacturable products, managing budgets and timelines, and mentoring engineers while exploring new patent opportunities and market trends.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical/Industrial/Petroleum) preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate several projects.
• Knowledge of CAD tools CREO and TeamCenter/PLM.
• Strong GD&T, DFMA, and 3D modeling experience.
• Willingness to pursue Chartered Engineer status is desirable.

Mansioni

• Develop Subsea XT technologies matching customer needs and industry standards.
• Create designs, detailed drawings, BOMs, calculations, and lead qualifications and system tests.
• Manage plan, budget, risks, resources, and stakeholder/change management.
• Lead global teams with an in-depth DFMA understanding.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor engineers in a diverse team.
• Explore new ideas, patents, and Freedom-to-Operate analyses aligned with market trends.
