Baker Hughes is seeking a Senior Engineer for Subsea Production Systems with a focus on Subsea XT technologies. You will drive new product design from customer requirements through qualification and delivery, collaborating across locations and functions to create competitive, manufacturable solutions.

You will mentor engineers, lead design reviews, and push for innovation while aligning with market trends and regulatory standards to ensure successful deployment and value realization.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical/Industrial/Petroleum) or equivalent.
• Experience in Design Engineering for Subsea Production Systems.
• Proficient with 3D CAD and detailed drawings.
• Knowledge of GD&T and DFMA principles.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects.

Mansioni

• Develop Subsea XT technologies to meet customer needs.
• Generate new designs, drawings, stack up drawings, BOMs, calculations, and lead qualification testing.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholders.
• Lead global teams and coordinate cross-functional work with DFMA principles.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor engineers.
• Explore new opportunities and assess Freedom to Operate and market trends.
