Satispay is seeking a Senior Strategic Projects Manager to lead the most complex, ambiguous, and high-impact strategic programs across the company, partnering with Product and Engineering and reporting to executive leadership.

You will own large-scale, cross-functional initiatives, tackle strategic challenges with data-backed solutions, influence C-level stakeholders, and champion new methodologies while mentoring teammates in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Competenze

• 5-8 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or high-growth tech environments.
• Ownership of large-scale cross-functional projects with governance and accountability.
• Ability to frame ambiguous problems, craft strategic narratives, and drive executive decisions.
