ToolsGroup Inc. is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer who can also lead IT service operations.

You will head a small IT/Ops team, serve as the senior escalation point for production services, and coordinate between IT/Ops, Engineering, Product, Security, Support, and business teams. You will diagnose distributed failures, automate recurring tasks, and build lasting reliability improvements, ensuring service availability and scalable operations across cloud environments and

Qualifications

• Strong production engineering background with ownership of incidents.
• Hands-on Kubernetes and cloud operations experience.
• Experience with observability, metrics, logs, and tracing.

Responsabilités

• Lead major incidents from impact assessment through recovery and RCA.
• Troubleshoot Windows/Linux, Kubernetes, cloud, DNS, and APIs.
• Operate Azure/OCI or comparable clouds; manage backups and scaling.
• Define SLIs/SLAs, observability, and recovery readiness for critical services.
• Automate tasks using PowerShell, Python, IaC, and CI/CD pipelines.
