Docebo is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer II to guard reliability across critical product domains. You will architect scalable platforms, translate complex systems into resilient capabilities, and collaborate with engineering leaders to set standards that power AI-driven learning experiences for millions globally.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in SRE, DevOps or production engineering with hands-on distributed systems expertise.
• Experience with cloud platforms, container orchestration, and IaC practices.
• Proven ability to lead incident responses and drive reliability programs.

Responsabilités

• Set reliability objectives (SLIs/SLOs) and roadmaps for core services.
• Lead cross-service incident responses during outages and guide teams to durable solutions.
• Drive adoption of reliability patterns and deployment safety capabilities.
• Build observable systems and tools to detect issues before production.
• Influence design and architecture for balance between velocity and reliability.
• Mentor senior engineers and contribute to recruiting efforts for SRE.
