Docebo is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer II to safeguard reliability across critical product domains. You will architect high-performing platforms, drive observability, and collaborate with engineering leaders to set standards that keep AI-driven learning experiences scalable and resilient worldwide.

You will master domain reliability, lead incident responses, and champion patterns for scalable infrastructure while mentoring engineers and shaping the SRE roadmap.

Competenze

• 6–10 years of SRE/DevOps or production engineering experience with hands-on mastery of distributed systems.
• Cloud infrastructure design and management (prefer AWS).
• Experience with container orchestration and IaC.
• Strong incident management experience and reliability program leadership.
• Ability to communicate across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams.

Mansioni

• Set reliability objectives (SLIs/SLOs) and build long-term roadmaps for core services.
• Lead cross-service incident responses during outages.
• Drive adoption of reliability patterns, deployment safety, and scalability.
• Build and refine observability tools to catch issues before production.
• Influence product design and system architecture for reliability.
• Mentor senior engineers and participate in recruiting for SRE.
