You will architect high‑performing, scalable systems and partner with engineering leadership to set robust reliability standards powering AI-driven learner experiences worldwide.

You will lead incident responses, drive resilient patterns, enhance observability, and mentor senior engineers while helping recruit top talent for the SRE organization in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of SRE/DevOps or production engineering experience.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and reliability.
• Strong incident management and post-mortem practices.

Responsibilities

• Set reliability objectives (SLIs/SLOs) for core services.
• Lead cross-service incident responses during outages.
• Drive adoption of reliability patterns and deployment safety.
• Elevate observability and monitoring capabilities.
• Mentor senior engineers and contribute to talent recruitment.
