TeamSystem seeks an Experienced Incident Manager to own the incident lifecycle, bridging technical recovery and governance. You will design, implement, and govern a robust incident framework and act as central orchestrator during critical events to ensure high availability of our products.

You will coordinate with Technical Teams, Product Owners, DPO, Legal, Cybersecurity, and Customer Success, driving structured post-mortems and continuous improvement.

Competenze

• 5+ years experience in Incident Management, Service Management or high-stakes Technical Operations.
• Experience in cross-functional coordination across technical, legal and security teams.

Mansioni

• Improve the Incident Management framework with clear workflows and escalation paths.
• Orchestrate cross-functional response during major incidents across diverse stakeholders.
• Lead post-mortem analyses and root cause reviews for continuous improvement.
• Develop prevention policies and trend-monitoring systems to reduce incidents.
• Translate crisis data into clear narratives and KPIs for executives.
