The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern C++ and Qt, along with experience in technical leadership. You'll manage architecture, lead development, and collaborate with product management to ensure high-quality software. This position involves mentoring senior engineers and ensuring engineering excellence within the team, primarily focusing on radar technology applications.

Competenze

• 6+ years in professional software development with 2+ years in a lead/architect capacity.
• Strong hands-on engineering expertise with C++, Qt, and REST APIs.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.

• Own architecture for core components with emphasis on modularity, performance, and security.
• Lead development using C++ and Qt, implementing secure communication practices.
