Topcon Positioning Group in Italy is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for Field Survey Applications. You will design, develop and maintain cross-platform field software in C++ with Qt/QML, connecting GNSS receivers and field devices to enable precise positioning workflows.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of professional C++ software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Qt and/or QML for cross-platform development.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and maintain field survey applications for Windows, Linux, Android and iOS using C++, Qt and QML.
• Build reliable software modules for data collection, device communication, positioning workflows and field operations.
• Integrate Topcon and third-party equipment including GNSS receivers, robotic total stations, laser range finders and other connected devices.
• Analyze requirements, estimate development effort and contribute to planning and delivery decisions.
• Support architecture, coding, testing, documentation, release and continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot complex software and hardware-integration issues with field feedback.
• Collaborate with project managers, team leaders, QA, product teams and international colleagues.
