MetaSensing BV in Italy seeks a Radar Product Technical Lead to own and drive the ground-based tracking radar product line. This hands-on leadership role requires shaping the technical roadmap and coordinating with the Commercial Lead to align market needs with engineering delivery.

You will translate partner specifications into concrete requirements, lead radar hardware, signal processing, and tracking algorithm teams, oversee verification, and ensure regulatory compliance while balancing cost,

Competenze

Hands-on radar systems experience (design/development/integration/testing).
Experience across full product lifecycle from requirements to field validation.
Ability to work with external partners/customers on technical matters.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Mansioni

Act as primary technical contact for the ground-based radar product.
Translate partner specifications into technical requirements and plans.
Lead engineering teams for radar hardware, signal processing, and integration.
Own the technical roadmap balancing partner needs, feasibility, cost, schedule and performance.
Oversee verification, field trials, and compliance with standards.
Collaborate with Commercial Lead to align tech with market needs.
Provide technical input for pricing and make/buy decisions.
