Topcon Positioning Systems seeks a Senior Software Engineer, Field Survey Applications, to develop Field software for Windows, Linux, Android, and iOS supporting GNSS receivers, robotic total stations, and related hardware. Proficiency in C++, Qt/QML, and cross‑platform development is required.

You will work on integration with Topcon equipment and third‑party devices, contribute to surveying routines, and ensure robust GUI applications across platforms leveraging Qt/QML/C++.

Competenze

• Degree in Geodesy, Geoinformatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of software development experience.
• Experience with Windows and cross‑platform GUI development.
• Strong C++ (3+ years) and Qt/QML knowledge.
• Familiarity with hardware integration and GNSS/geomatics is a plus.
• English language proficiency required.

Mansioni

• Plan and manage delivery schedules with the project manager and team.
• Serve as the single point of contact for module design and delivery.
• Evaluate changes to module scope and delivery.
• Maintain and enhance existing systems through coding, testing, and documentation.
• Implement surveying routines for equipment in Qt/QML/C++.
• Support mature software written in MFC.
• Provide technical directions and resolve issues.
