Topcon Positioning Group seeks a Senior Firmware Engineer to design, develop, test, and modernize embedded software for GNSS receiver products. You will deliver reliable C/C++ code, embedded Linux services, and hardware interfaces within a cross-functional team.

You will lead integration, performance tuning, and debugging, contribute to CI/CD practices, and help shape engineering standards in an international environment.

Competenze

• Master's degree in EE, CS, or software engineering.
• 5+ years of embedded firmware experience.
• Strong C/C++ expertise including modern standards.
• Experience with embedded Linux, multithreading, and RTOS.
• Hardware/software integration, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Experience with CI/CD, version control, automated testing, and Python.
• Familiarity with GNSS technologies (RTK, CSSR) preferred.
• Good English communication in international teams.
