Cap4 Lab is seeking a Senior Salesforce Technical Consultant to drive architectural design and hands-on development across Salesforce projects in Italy. You will bridge complex business requirements with scalable technical solutions and guide implementation from conception to deployment.

You will mentor junior developers, ensure secure, high-quality deployments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-growing consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on, complex Salesforce project delivery in a consulting or enterprise environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, security architectures, and Apex/LWC.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP/CRM/legacy systems via APIs.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent collaboration in an international, multicultural environment.

Responsabilités

• Architectural input, design, and implementation of scalable Salesforce applications.
• Hands-on core development with Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
• Enterprise integration using REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs (MuleSoft synergy where applicable).
• Client-facing advisory and requirements translation to technical specs.
• Technical mentorship and code reviews for junior and mid-level developers.
• Quality assurance, SIT, and DevOps practices for reliable deployments.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and best practices to optimize internal frameworks.
