Job summary

Division5 seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer / Technical Lead in Italy to design scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components and Flow. You will own data modelling, security and integrations and guide other developers through complex projects.

The role requires fluent Italian; you will lead CI/CD and release management with Gearset and Git platforms (GitLab or GitHub), ensuring high-quality, automated deployment across environments.

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer / Technical Lead with real, strong software development experience and solid knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, to work with an enterprise client in Italy.

You will design scalable solutions, lead complex projects technically, and own CI/CD and release management. The working language is Italian.

• Own the data model, security and integrations with external systems through REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.

• Lead the technical direction of complex projects and guide other developers.

Must have

• Hands-on Service Cloud and Sales Cloud experience
