The Sales Executive for Polo Menswear distribution in Italy, Greece, Malta, Cyprus reporting to the Sales Manager. The role includes account management and active prospecting of new business with the objective of growing sales and profits through existing and new distribution.

He/she will plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies.

• Oversee Polo Menswear Distribution
• Back-office activities: Appointment, Market planning and buying management during sales campaign
• Attend line opening, brand days and post market meetings
• Qualitative analysis of sales data to monitor performances and identify business opportunities

• Responsible for the showroom experience of the customers
• In cooperation with the Senior Sales Manager, ensure the clients achieve the seasonal budget

• Ability to build positive and effective relationships with customers, business partners and internal stakeholders
• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, combined curiosity about AI and new ways of working to improve productivity
• Strong analytical skills combined with creative and fashion sensibilities
• Highly organized, detail oriented and accurate
• Advocate of the brand and product in the market

• Starting base salary equal to €39,000 (full-time). Once the successful candidate is selected, the salary offer will be based on objective and gender-neutral criteria such as experience, skills, responsibilities, and location.
• Contractual level: CCNL Commercio - Level 3
• Target Bonus: the role is eligible for a discretionary bonus. Any payout will be subject to the achievement of specific performance metrics and will be determined in accordance with the applicable bonus plan rules.
• Meal Vouchers: €8.65/day per worked day of at least 6 hours.
