This role combines strong analytical capabilities, commercial understanding and operational discipline. The Business Analyst, plays a key role in supporting business performance management by ensuring accurate reporting, consistent data flows and clear insights to guide commercial decisions and strategic planning.
The Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the organization through accurate business analysis, sales reporting, performance tracking and data-driven insights. The role supports management, senior analysts and commercial teams by monitoring sales performance at regional, country, channel, brand, customer and door level, ensuring timely visibility on key business trends, risks and opportunities.
He/She is responsible for collecting, consolidating and analyzing sell-in, sell-out and sell-thru data, preparing business reports, dashboards and presentations, and supporting the Budget, Forecast, Monthly Revenue Forecast and strategic planning processes. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, high attention to detail and a solid understanding of sales dynamics, distribution networks, KPIs and business performance drivers.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or a related field.
